“Obiter dicta” is a latin term that translates (pretty much) as “something that is said in passing”; it’s most commonly used in written court opinions.

This section of the blog consists of random thoughts and observations, quips, one liners, two liners, three liners, ideas, and whatever else I come up with that doesn’t warrant a more lengthy discussion.
